Clinical Application Specialist, Ultrasound, Northeast EU Location : Poland Highly Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits + Career Enhancement An exciting opportunity, due to growth in our success, is now available within our ambitious Ultrasound function. We are looking for a passionate and energetic clinical expert with knowledge and experience of ultrasound based diagnostics in a hospital and / or pre-hospital environment to develop this Poland based role covering Northeast EU, ambitious and commercial astute, you will work hand in hand with various internal and external stakeholders being instrumental in driving successful presentations and training thus generating business growth across the Poland and other NEEU countries (about 50% of the time). Working in hospitals and clinics, you will support in trials, installation and training, with the primary objective of ensuring our customers are confident and competent in using Mindray products. Key Responsibilities Acting as the knowledge point for customers to glean maximum value from Mindray products. Liaising with hospitals to arrange and manage clinical presentations, installations and post-sales clinical support To our customers, you will be the product expert, educating them in the effective operation of our products Working with customers to define clinical configurations to enable safe and appropriate use. Identify and communicate internally opportunities for business growth Communicating at all levels, tailoring content to the relevant audience to ensure the training is fully understood Keep clinical, technical and market knowledge up to date. Contributing to the design and development of product resources such as user guides, competency frameworks and training presentations Participation in congresses and workshops. Providing the training to distributors team. What are we looking for in you? Clinical experience in Ultrasound Knowledge and experience of ultrasound-based diagnostics in a hospital and / or pre-hospital environment Strong proven knowledge of Ultrasound market in Poland. The knowledge of UiS market in Northeast Region would be a strong plus Demonstrate experience of working autonomously Natural team member working to achieve shared objectives Commercial experience in a similar role advantageous Excellent communication and presentation skills The ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required Fluent in English and Polish with the ability to work in Poland without requiring sponsorship What’s in it for you?
