Main responsibilities :
- Follow H&S regulations
- General management of a subordinate department ensuring optimal utilization of its production capacity, optimal use of raw materials and auxiliary means following the execution of orders on time.
- Planning, coordinating and controlling production processes and being responsible for timeliness in assigned production area
- Making improvements in the production process in terms of organization and optimizing the efficiency of production processes
- Overseeing the assurance of adequate quality of manufactured products
- Responsibility for the proper preparation and utilization of assets and participation in solving technological problems of subordinate department
- Motivating as well as monitoring and taking care of the professional development of subordinate employees according to the demand and competences
- Analysis and reporting of production data using available means and ERP
- Initiate and implement technical and organizational solutions to maximize productivity
- Leading the production meetings
- Participation in internal and external audits and implementation of actions resulting from them
- Ongoing cooperation with other production departments and other organizational units of the plant
Experience & qualifications :
Technical education (higher education highly preferred)Experience in working in a similar position in a manufacturing plantPractical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing related methodsCommunicative knowledge of English languageAbility to manage effectively employees and highly developed interpersonal skills focused on cooperation and growthAbility to organize work time and set priorities, as well as analytical thinkingHigh resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressureHigh awareness of safety requirements and quality of workKnowledge of ERP system (SAP highly preferred)What we offer?
