Main responsibilities :

• Follow H&S regulations
• General management of a subordinate department ensuring optimal utilization of its production capacity, optimal use of raw materials and auxiliary means following the execution of orders on time.
• Planning, coordinating and controlling production processes and being responsible for timeliness in assigned production area
• Making improvements in the production process in terms of organization and optimizing the efficiency of production processes
• Overseeing the assurance of adequate quality of manufactured products
• Responsibility for the proper preparation and utilization of assets and participation in solving technological problems of subordinate department
• Motivating as well as monitoring and taking care of the professional development of subordinate employees according to the demand and competences
• Analysis and reporting of production data using available means and ERP
• Initiate and implement technical and organizational solutions to maximize productivity
• Leading the production meetings
• Participation in internal and external audits and implementation of actions resulting from them
• Ongoing cooperation with other production departments and other organizational units of the plant
