Job Description

The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Your Responsibilities

• Do you speak German? Do you like helping people? Join our German-speaking team in Katowice, Poland!
• You don't have to sell anything, you don't have to know how to build a washing machine. It is enough that you speak German well, are good listener and want to help - we will teach you the rest!
• We are looking for a person who is not afraid of phone calls, has technical mindset and can find a solution even where others see a problem.
