About the project
We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Advanced Insights to lead data-driven transformation across key blueprint domains : Hire to Retire Lifecycle (HRL), Quote to Revenue (Q2R), and Recruit to Contract (REC). This role is pivotal in enabling intelligent decision-making, operational agility, and blueprint maturity across enterprise functions.
Your responsibilities
Blueprint Leadership & Functional Expertise
Act as the functional lead for HRL, Q2R, and REC blueprints, ensuring alignment with enterprise transformation goals.Translate blueprint frameworks into insight-led execution strategies across HR, sales, and talent acquisition functions.Collaborate with process owners, delivery teams, and digital partners to embed analytics into operational workflows.Advanced Insights & Analytics
Design and deploy predictive models, diagnostic dashboards, and KPI frameworks tailored to each blueprint domain.Conduct root cause analysis, trend forecasting, and scenario modelling to support strategic and tactical decisions.Ensure data integrity, governance, and integration across systems and business units.Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering insights that drive transformation and performance.Facilitate blueprint workshops and insight reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.Mentor teams on data storytelling, blueprint adoption, and insight-driven decision-making.Our requirements
15+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, functional consulting, or business analytics.Deep expertise in HRL, Q2R, and REC processes, with a strong understanding of blueprint methodologies.Proven track record in advanced analytics, data visualization, and insight delivery.Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, or equivalent.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Optional
Experience with BP_IPO or similar blueprint frameworks.Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Data Science, or HR / Finance Transformation.Exposure to AI / ML applications in enterprise process optimization.What we offer
