Business Operations Analyst
Location : Warsaw
Working model : hybrid
Your responsibilities :
- Working and communicating in English with international stakeholders
- Preparing reports and presentations on departmental performance, and supporting management reporting
- Creating, maintaining, and improving operational tools
- Collaborating with IT and stakeholders on new features and product implementations
- Providing broad support to both back-office and front-office teams, including UAT testing
- Analyzing back-office processes and handling incoming tickets and issues as a first-line support
- Exploring technological innovations and supporting the implementation of new tools to increase operational efficiency
- Managing workload and priorities, planning short- and mid-term tasks
- Regularly monitoring progress and ensuring timely and high-quality completion of responsibilities
- Participating in process automation and reporting improvement initiatives
