The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, driving agile delivery, and aligning cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure the tool meets business and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Define and refine product requirements in alignment with business goalsMaintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the timely delivery of high‑impact featuresChampion user‑centric design and iterative development practicesLead the integration of the Capacity Management tool with enterprise systems and practices, including SDLC, OMAR, Observability, Architecture, and Service ManagementCollaborate with platform and engineering teams to ensure seamless interoperabilityFacilitate alignment between business and technical stakeholders to maximize adoption and value realizationCommunicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to executive sponsors and delivery teamsEnsure the tool supports enterprise reporting requirements and complies with governance frameworksEmbed controls and metrics that enable transparency and accountabilityQualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in product ownership, enterprise tooling, or capacity managementProven track record of leading agile product development in complex environmentsFluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHands‑on experience with :Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
