Description

We are looking for a highly energized EHS professional that can help us continuously improve our safety procedures and practices. In the complex world of large fabrications Safety is truly our number one priority we are looking for an experienced EHS coordinator that can help us drive our safety culture to the next level. Are you looking for a company where you can make a difference, in a complex large structure manufacturing facility, then this might be the role or you. We are looking for people with experience in cultural change management and safety behaviour. Besides the safety topic we request extensive knowledge on Environmental regulations and the ambition to help reduce our environmental impact with our Green Team initiative.

Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :

  • Shop floor presence, spend the time where the work is done and work with colleagues to make safety improvements.
  • Creating, reviewing, advising and approving Safety procedures, Safe job documentation and Environmental projects.
  • Participation and / or leadership in EHS assessments (internally and externally) and coordinating action plans.
  • Reviewing and updating EHS permits on an annual basis.
  • Legal and corporate reporting of EHS required data.
  • Chairing various EHS meetings and workgroups.
  • Implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Service tasks resulting from legal regulations.

Background / Experience :

  • Extensive knowledge of Polish EHS requirements.
  • Higher education or postgraduate studies in the field of occupational health and safety.
  • Experience in working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good level of English.
  • Proven track record in safety culture improvement.
