Długofalowa współpraca z międzynarodową, topową firmą consultingową, świadcząca usługi IT dla dużych i średnich firm z różnorodnych sektorów jak automotive, finanse, bankowość czy produkcja.

responsibilities :

Projektowanie i wdrażanie zaawansowanych rozwiązań AI / ML dedykowanych wyzwaniom analitycznym i operacyjnym sektora finansowo-bankowego - od koncepcji do wdrożenia.

Mentoring i transfer wiedzy w zakresie nowoczesnych metodyk AI / ML.

Przegląd techniczny istniejących rozwiązań AI / ML w innych jednostkach biznesowych - ocena, katalogowanie i wskazanie komponentów, które można ponownie wykorzystać w bieżącym projekcie.

Współpraca z interdyscyplinarnymi teamami (biznes, IT, data) - przekształcenie wymagań biznesowych na architekturę techniczną i zapewnienie, że rozwiązania wspierają cele strategiczne.

requirements-expected :

Minimum 6 lat komercyjnego doświadczenia w rozwoju rozwiązań AI / ML.

Biegłości w Pythonie i PySpark w kontekście skalowalnego przetwarzania danych oraz rozwoju modeli ML.

Praktycznego doświadczenia z Microsoft Azure oraz Databricks.

Doświadczenia lub background'u z zakresu inżynierii danych.

Gotowości do pracy w modelu hybrydowym : ok. 40% obecności w biurze (Poznań lub Wrocław), z elastycznością w ustaleniu harmonogramu.

Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B2 lub C1 - umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację w międzynarodowym środowisku.

Współpraca z doświadczonymi zespołami nad nowoczesnymi, skalowalnymi rozwiązaniami z obszaru AI i danych.
