What you should bring :
- Expertise in content advisory, SEO strategy, and performance optimization across digital platforms
- Deep experience working with CMS platforms, web analytics and SEO tools and comfort turning insight into strategic action
- Understanding of experimentation, A / B testing, and personalization principles in enterprise contexts
- Experience around AI and automation as enablers of content / SEO efficiency and quality (e.g., GPT-based tools, content enrichment scripts, tagging automations)
- Comfort identifying and scoping opportunities for innovation, whether through prototyping yourself or partnering with more technical people in the team
- A strategic mindset that connects content experience with business goals and user intent
- Strong consulting skills : structured thinking, excellent communication, and visual storytelling in English (C1+)
- Ability to work across disciplines and present recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders
- A proactive, test-and-learn attitude with creative problem-solving and adaptability

As a Web & Digital Content Experience Lead, you will :
Lead and support content and digital experience advisory projects across web & digital ecosystemsConduct web & content audits, SEO diagnostics, and opportunity assessments using tools like GA4, GSC, Semrush, Adobe Analytics, and Screaming FrogTranslate data and insights into actionable content strategies, roadmaps, and channel plans that improve performance across visibility, engagement, and conversionIdentify opportunities for automation and AI acceleration across the content and SEO lifecycle—e.g., AI-assisted audits, enrichment workflows, content scoring or taggingPrototype AI-enabled enhancements or collaborate with technical teams to operationalize innovation within content workflowsSupport content experimentation and personalization programs through platforms like Optimizely, Adobe Target, or similarCreate high-quality client-facing deliverables including strategy decks, POVs, and presales proposalsAct as a strategic bridge between content, UX, analytics, and development to embed content within broader digital initiativesPresent confidently to stakeholders and contribute to business development efforts through proposal support and strategic advisoryWhat we offer
