The project is a strategic initiative focused on redefining and delivering the future analytics and reporting landscape as part of the transition to SAP.
The QA Engineer plays a critical role in this initiative by ensuring that all test cases are executed, validated, and documented accurately. The role involves not only testing, but data reconciliation across SAP and AX systems, and collaboration with engineers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, reliable analytics solutions.
Define and implement the QA strategy across delivery streams within Integrated Planning.
Lead test planning, design, and execution for complex data flows, system integrations, and user workflows.
Create, manage, and maintain test cases, test cycles, and QA documentation .
Perform data reconciliation across SAP, AX, and other integrated systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Drive defect management and triage , collaborating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
Act as the QA voice in Agile ceremonies , ensuring test readiness aligns with sprint goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate testing across internal teams and external vendors.
Maintain traceability, QA reporting, and metrics to demonstrate test coverage, quality, and outcomes.
5+ years of experience as QA / QC Engineer or Data Analyst
Strong understanding of SAP data models and processes (MM, SD, FI-CO); AX experience is a plus.
Proficiency in SQL.
Detail-oriented, with ability to identify low-level discrepancies and validate complex data.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with engineers to resolve issues.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in Agile environments.
Analytical mindset with experience working across multiple data sources and summarizing findings.
Experience in automated test frameworks.
Experience with Databricks, Synapse or Python.
