Job description

QA Engineer (Manual, Web)

Remote | Full-time | 2+ years of experience

Who we are

ADAMANTA is a European B2B company specializing in wholesale distribution of home goods, electronics, DIY products, and gadgets.

Unlike companies working for external clients, we develop all IT solutions exclusively for our internal needs :

  • Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) : optimizing storage and order processing
  • E-commerce platforms : supporting and scaling our online stores
  • Internal business tools : automating procurement, logistics, and analytics

This means every product we develop directly impacts the efficiency and growth of our company.

We value initiative, responsibility, and a drive for excellence. Join us to build innovative solutions for real-world business challenges.

What you will do

  • Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and bug reports (GitHub Issues)
  • Perform manual testing : features, regression, bugfixes
  • Act as the final QA gate before release : reviewing pull requests, performing smoke testing
  • Collaborate with developers — ask critical questions and help make features more user-friendly
  • Improve and automate : templates, labels, boards in GitHub Issues
  • Review Django TestCases written by developers for completeness
  • Your main task is not just to find bugs, but to prevent them from reaching production at all
  • What we expect from you

  • 2+ years of experience in manual testing of web products
  • Ability to write clear and reproducible bug reports
  • Capability to independently build QA processes from scratch
  • Knowledge of basic tools : browser devtools, API inspection (Postman or similar)
  • Confidence in communicating with developers as equals, and willingness to challenge decisions
  • A desire not just to “test” but to improve the product
  • What we offer

  • A stable and supportive team with no bureaucracy
  • Real influence on processes : you’ll be the first QA and can build everything from the ground up
  • Direct collaboration with leadership
  • Remote work with a flexible schedule
  • Communication without toxicity or passive aggression
  • Employment as UoP or B2B
  • QA Engineer (Manual, Web)
