The Role :

Customer Advisor – Norwegian Speaker / Norweski - Travel

Office Based – Warszawa, Poland

Office Based – Warszawa, Poland

As a Customer Advisor, you will help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods and more.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Thefirst point of contactfor the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, and solving emerging issues “Through Phone, Email and Chat”.
  • Handlingcustomer complaints.
  • Helpingcustomers with flight reservations, itinerary changes, baggage concerns,…etc.
  • Participatingin the improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction by providing additional insights on how to improve them.
  • Recognizingcustomer needs.
  • Buildinga good relationship with the customer while improving customer satisfaction.
  • Participationin specialized training.
  • Understandingcustomer needs and assisting to solve the issue faced.
  • Ideal Profile :

    Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in Norwegian Language,C1level or higher.
  • Fluency in English Language,B2level or Higher to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving.
  • Previous Customer Service experience – is a plus.
  • Skills for efficient navigation of the internet and MS Office applications.
  • Personnel culture and a positive attitude.
  • Interpersonal Skills

  • Communicative, Speak and / or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.
  • Interpreter, Look at things and make sense of them, figure what is needed and how to fulfil it.
