Your tasks :
managing and mentoring a team of specialists,acting as an escalation point for complex customer issues,monitoring key performance indicators related to fleet operations,financial management (minimizing administrative costs),streamlining daily processes, including technical aspects, minimizing order processing times,preparing and presenting reports to management,supporting internal audits.What we expect :
4 years of professional experience in customer service, finance, administration or logistics,experience in team management,experience in fleet management or willingness to gain it,very good knowledge of English (min. B2),knowledge of additional foreign languages at B2 level will be an advantage,knowledge of SAP, CRM, Freshdesk, Salesforceexcellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.Employment agency entry number 47
