Job descriptionConverting brand followers from SM to a closed group and further to paid customers Proposing content topics and addressing customer's objections (in collaboration with an agency) Planning and management of publication schedules Recording video responses to potential customers' questions, incl. self-image sharing Collaboration with influencers Coordination of webinars with experts Identifying new SM trends and recommending innovative solutions Data analysis to track key performance indicators and campaign performance measurement Active collaboration with other team members – eCommerce, Marketing Automation, Performance Min. 3-5 years of practical experience in social media management (preferable in the beauty or Experience in creating and moderating social media groups (incl. video responses) Understanding of SM technologies, automations and sales Fluency in English and native Polish are a MUST Openness and ease in speaking in front of a camera Strong ability to write content, communicate and build relationships and communities in social Knowledge of latest SM trends and tools Creativity and resourcefulness in engaging marketing content that aligns with sales goals Strong analytical skills and pro-active approach to measuring and optimizing the effectiveness of Experience in collaborating with external marketing agencies and influencers Practical knowledge of graphic design and video creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Caption Higher education (preferable in marketing or digital / e-commerce) Multitasking, independent, goal and results-oriented personality Professional growth in a fantastic international company Scandinavian working culture built on trust and engagement Great atmosphere and a comfortable working environment Competitive remuneration package (employment contract, bonus structure, co-financed sports Opportunity to participate in interesting projects in a long-term perspective Flexibility in terms of working hours Hybrid workplace (2-3 days in the office pr week) Work-life balance
