Overview
WeTravel is building a brand-new Onboarding team. We embed WeTravel Widgets into client websites, sometimes creating sites for clients, and provide personalized training to ensure every new customer feels confident using the WeTravel platform. The Onboarding team supports new customers right when they need it most and helps them get started quickly and seamlessly so they can focus on growing their business while we do the heavy lifting.

How We Work Our Onboarding team supports new customers right when they need it most by embedding WeTravel Widgets into client websites and, when needed, creating the websites for them. We also provide personalized training to ensure confidence in using the platform.
Responsibilities
- Embed WeTravel’s booking Widgets into client websites (WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, custom sites, and more).
- Troubleshoot and solve integration challenges to create seamless booking experiences. Collaborate with sales, account managers, product managers, and clients to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Lead multiple integration projects simultaneously, taking full ownership from start to finish.
- Provide training to empower clients to use WeTravel confidently.
- Spot pain points before they become problems and build creative solutions.
- Work across multiple time zones, cultures, and technologies to support client success.

Fluent in English (bonus points for other languages).Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects; detail-oriented and comfortable in customer-facing roles.Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.Passionate about educating customers and colleagues, performance improvement, and commercial success.Hands-on experience with HTML embedding, injection, iframes, or working within the shadow DOM; able to navigate developer modes in CMS platforms to customize integrations.Comfortable troubleshooting and debugging front-end behaviors.Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) for custom website integrations.Experience with FTP, control panels, and file managers to update or troubleshoot client websites.Bonus Points If YouExperience in travel tech or SMB-focused SaaS.Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, and Loom.Teaching, Onboarding, Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation experience.Experience designing and implementing best practices and processes.Experience working with multiple CMS platforms.Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, CSS; any coding experience.UX / UI best practices knowledge.You Might Not Be The Right Fit If You
