Replacing manual outbound sales with AI-powered prospecting, personalized outreach, and multi-channel engagement. Their platform automates lead generation and optimizes conversions using machine learning.

Your Role :
- Lead and grow a talented team of 4-5 engineers
- Spend ~50% of your time on hands-on development (Node.js, databases, architecture)
- Establish best practices in SDLC, code quality, and production reliability
- Collaborate closely with US-based product and engineering teams
- Thrive in ambiguity—bring structure while adapting to startup pace
- Mentor engineers, unblock challenges, and drive technical decisions
Technical Must-Haves :
7-8 years in software development, 4-5 years in product companies (customer-facing SaaS)Strong backend focus : 2-3 years of Node.js + 5 years with relational databases1-2 years as a tech lead (owning architecture, design, and code quality)Full-stack exposure but prefers backend complexityProven experience supporting production SaaS applicationsLeadership Must-Haves :
