About the role :

As a Senior Product Designer , become a part of a cross‑functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities :

• Design visually stunning and user‑friendly interfaces for B2C & B2B SaaS products and mobile applications, leveraging Figma, wireframe interpretation, and design systems.
• Showcase a strong portfolio and take ownership of projects, acting as a co‑owner to drive initiative, responsibility, and shared success.
• Gather data, analyze, consult, and facilitate workshops to understand root problems and conduct user research.
• Create design artifacts—including screen maps, personas, customer journey maps, and wireframes—that underpin solutions for clients and project teams.
• Visualize solutions with clean, appealing UI designs that communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate across teams, sharing feedback and ensuring consistent, technically realistic products.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities, demonstrating problem understanding and solution capability to potential clients.
• Optimize design‑development workflows, proposing improvements to enhance agility and impact.
• Mentor and inspire junior consultants, sharing experience and guiding skill development.
• Stay curious, follow design and technology trends, and continuously seek to make an impact.
