  • We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead and coordinate the integration of SAP systems with both SAP and non-SAP platforms. The role involves overseeing the delivery of approximately 100 system interfaces — from the design and planning phases through implementation and final go-live.
  • Location : Europe (remote)
  • Flexible form of cooperation – either Employment Contract (UoP) or B2B

responsibilities :

  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end integration projects involving SAP and external systems
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of integration delivery : design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Act as the main point of contact for integration topics across stakeholders and technical teams
  • Support technical teams with high-level architecture guidance and solution direction
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation
  • Lead communication with internal and external partners to track progress and resolve issues
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and change throughout the integration process
  • Drive issue resolution and escalation as needed to ensure timely delivery
  • Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate multiple parallel integration initiatives in a global environment

    • requirements-expected :

  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in system integration initiatives, with a proven track record in leading integration-focused projects or programs
  • Deep understanding of SAP integration technologies : ABAP, RFC SDK, ALE / IDOC
  • Familiarity with ERP architecture and business processes across various modules
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, especially in client-facing contexts
  • Experience with integration platforms such as SAP PI / PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration
  • Ability to handle multiple workstreams and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
