Are you a strategic sales professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships and driving business growth?

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (Corporate Accounts) to join our team – a results-oriented individual who can identify new business opportunities, develop long-term partnerships, and deliver value to our corporate clients across key industry sectors.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our corporate accounts portfolio by developing and executing strategies that align with market trends and business goals. You will collaborate closely with internal and regional teams to create value-driven solutions for our customers and ensure sustainable growth for the organization.

What you will enjoy doing to be successful in this role :

In this role, you will take ownership of driving new business acquisition by identifying and securing corporate customers within targeted industry verticals. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with market opportunities and ensure profitable, sustainable growth. Collaboration will be key – you will work closely with regional, internal, and value-added sales teams to leverage expertise, optimize results, and secure high-value customer agreements.

Building and nurturing long-term relationships with senior decision-makers will be central to your success, as will consistently demonstrating the value and benefits of our partnership. You will act as a trusted advisor to your clients, understanding their needs, anticipating challenges, and helping them achieve their business goals while ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.

This role involves regular travel to meet with customers and visit their sites across central and northern Poland, allowing you to build strong face-to-face relationships and gain a first-hand understanding of their operations.

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you :

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sector, ideally working with corporate customers.
  • A strategic and proactive approach to identifying, acquiring, and developing new business opportunities that drive sustainable growth.
  • Strong ability to build and manage relationships with key customers and senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted business partner.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with the ability to turn market insights and trends into actionable sales strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and experience working effectively in a matrix or cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage at multiple organizational levels.
  • Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
