Job Description

We are currently looking for a Department Manager for our new store in Wroclaw, who is motivated and excited to join our growing brand with quality and customer experience at its core. As Department Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing your department in the store and improving daily operations as well as achieving sales targets and budget. You report to the Store Experience Manager.

Key responsibilities :

• Support, motivate and lead your department team to increase the department sales.
• Create an inspiring and visually attractive department for the customers together with Visual Merchandiser.
• Always act as Sales Advisor and be a role model for customer service.

Qualifications

The role requires the ability to overview, plan and organise both your own work and your team to achieve set goals for the department.

Additional Information

This is a  fulltime position offering 40 hours a week , starting as soon as possible . The contract will be limited for one year with a possibility to be prolonged.
