Key Responsibilities :

• Delivering core gameplay with online console focus :

Lead core gameplay teams where you'll ensure features are fun, achieve quality and design intent, and project schedule.

Oversee the creation and polish of key online console features like co-op, PvP, matchmaking, friends, online progression as well as functional elements like voice, cross-play and cross-save.

Build a positive and collaborative environment where your gameplay teams (designers, programmers, artists, QA) can thrive and deliver their best.

Handle feature backlogs, sprint planning, and task tracking to keep development smooth and communication clear.
