Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience of at least 7 years as a HPNS Developer, with expertise in COBOL, TACL, PATHWAY, FUP, ENSCRIBE, PERUSE, BATCHCOM and SQL / MP Experience in working on ISO8583 Message Structure Experience with software development life cycle Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment 5+ years of experience in the Banking and financial domain, preferably in consumer card services Experience in Cards Domain or ATM flows is an advantage Experience in compliance related requirements to scheme (Mastercard / Visa) or you are interested to quickly pick up this knowledge

- Developing and implementing improvements in the Cards area
- Collaborating within agile team and ART
- Working with various internal and external stakeholders
