Offshore Electric Technician / Technik Elektryk Offshore

Your responsibilities
- Participate in installation and commissioning of offshore wind turbines on international projects (EU / US / APAC).
- Test, commission, service and troubleshoot electrical and control systems according to Siemens Gamesa procedures.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and commissioning reports.
- Work closely with the EHS team, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Support and train new colleagues and contractors on-site.
- Engage in continuous learning and certification programs (HV, GWO, Commissioning).
Our requirements
Formal technical education in electrical, electronic, mechatronic, or related fields — confirmed by a diploma or state-recognized certificate (technical school, university degree, or certified vocational course required).Experience working with electrical systems (industrial, automation, high voltage, etc.).Motivation to retrain and grow into a commissioning or high-voltage specialist.Very good command of English (spoken and written) – essential for working in international teams.Willingness to work offshore and on rotation schedules (2 : 2, 3 : 3, 4 : 4).Strong safety mindset and ability to work in challenging weather and offshore environments.Optional
