This is you

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • University degree in finance, accounting, or economics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • English language proficiency enabling fluent business communication
  • Experience in using ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, result orientation, ability to propose improvements, independence
  • Accuracy and punctuality

Nice-to-have skills :

  • Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI
  • Understanding of rules and regulations related to accounting and invoicing
  • Experience working with CRM and HCM systems

    • This is your role

  • Verifying the accuracy of received cost invoices
  • Clarifying discrepancies between received invoices and supporting documents confirming their validity
  • Posting cost invoices in the ERP system
  • Issuing sales invoices for clients as well as within the Capital Group
  • Creating and preparing contracts for contractors and properly recording them
  • Calculating and recording cost provisions in the ERP system
  • Calculating bonuses / commissions within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Ensuring data quality in systems and reports within the assigned area
  • Maintaining and developing tools within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Responsibility for creating reports and analyses for local and Group needs within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Ongoing cooperation with departments such as Accounting, Legal, and Business
