Job descriptionProactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven individual Technical background with sales / marketing knowledge Experience in industrial sales, especially technical products Fluent English (spoken and written) Ability to travel up to 20% User-level experience with ERP, CRM, Office tools Previous experience : Minimum 5 years in an industrial company, with technical product sales University / college degree (engineering preferred) Knowledge of marketing and sales Experience supporting logistics Multidisciplinary team collaboration Join an international, continuously growing company Workplace valuing efficiency, innovation, and professional development Work with multidisciplinary teams on global projects Clear opportunities for career growth Supportive, inclusive culture—teamwork and cohesion are our pillars Annual salary starting from 26k€
What will you do?
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell
- Ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer queries (phone, email, chat) for small and key accounts
- Provide up-to-date info on products, prices, availability
- Manage leads, qualify prospects, support inside sales
- Proactively follow up on orders, returns, and claims
- Support logistics, ensure timely and correct deliveries
- Collect feedback, suggest improvements
