An international development company operating in the residential real estate and PRS (Private Rented Sector) segments is seeking a new team member. The selected candidate will report to the holding company and investment funds.
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Duties :
- Conducting profitability analyses of development projects.
- Compiling detailed reports for Management review.
- Preparing KPI analysis reports.
- Performing in-depth market research and analysis.
- Generating weekly, monthly, and annual sales and delivery reports.
- Conducting variance analysis to assess budget versus actual results.
- Preparing cash flow reports to monitor financial health.
- Developing business forecasts to guide strategic planning.
- Engaging in the budgeting process, including annual and quarterly forecasting, and overseeing budget adherence.
- Providing ad hoc reports tailored to Management needs.
- Collaborating closely with various departments to ensure effective cost control.
Profile :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business AdministrationMinimum of 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or a similar role.Strong analytical skills, with experience in profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Proficiency in financial reporting and variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual)Solid understanding of cash flow management and business forecasting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.Flexibility to produce ad hoc reports and respond to management requests as needed.Fluent in English (both written and spoken).Offer :
