Senior Python FullStack Developer @ RemoDevs

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to help make sure our legal technology platform is strong, secure, and built to last. This role needs skills in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on checking code quality, using best practices, and working closely with our Chief Technical Officer (CTO). The person in this role will review work from our external development agency and make sure the code is reliable, scalable, and easy to maintain.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and review code from third-party developers to make sure it meets quality, speed, and security standards.
• Work with the CTO to set and follow coding rules, system design, and best practices.
• Give technical oversight for important code parts, making sure they stay strong for the future.
• Find areas in the codebase that can be improved and suggest or make changes.
• Support the development agency in using modern ways of working.
• Act as a mentor and technical guide, giving feedback to developers.
• Work with project managers and business analysts to make sure technical solutions match product needs.
