Job description

Collect, document and assist users and Data Platform Team Lead to clearly identify information system requirements and business processes and suggest potential improvements

Collaborate with the Business department leaders to understand data needs

Collect, translate and simplify requirements to create functional and technical specifications

Prepare testing scenarios and integration testing

Lead user acceptance tests

Accountable for Quality Assurance and compliance with reporting and regulatory standards

Create and update user and functional and technical documentation manuals

Implement changes to the application environment

Provide functional support to the user- and business analyst communities

Collaborate in the development of business case justifications

5 years of professional experience within the Enterprise Intelligence field (Data Analytics, Data Warehouse modelling, Data Lake setup, Data cleansing, ETL, …)
Good understanding of end-to-end BI flow, like daily data refresh, data quality and data monitoring activities, performance optimisation, data modelling
SQL proficiency
Proven experience in gathering requirements and testing
Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
Experience with several of the following tools :
Reporting : Power BI
Data Platform : Snowflake , Azure Data factory, ADLS, Azure DevOps, Atlan Data Catalog, DBT …
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Experience in working in an international environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including technical writing skills
