We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our Area Sales team by ensuring excellence in administrative processes and data management. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information across our CRM, ERP, and MDM systems—contributing to improved data analysis, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. You will also provide a range of administrative support to help the Sales team operate smoothly and effectively.

What you will work on :

Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data for new and existing customers.

Manage vessel master data in collaboration with the Asset Management and Sales Support teams.

Conduct OFAC screening of customers in partnership with the Credit and Compliance teams.

Monitor and enhance the quality, accuracy, and completeness of customer data.

Coordinate the creation and distribution of sales communications and customer correspondence.

Assist with the registration and completion of supplier forms and customer portal requirements, working closely with Sales, HR, Credit, LCS, and QHSSE teams.

Provide general administrative support to the sales team within the designated sales area.

What we are looking for :

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of administrative experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Solid administrative and organizational abilities

Effective time management and prioritization skills

Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and Excel

Proactive, accountable, and results-driven

Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
