For our Client, a well-known company in the energy industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Project Management Director.

Your responsibilities

• oversee the execution of EPC projects (PV farms) in multiple European countries, ensuring alignment with the contractual scope, budget, and schedule,
• monitor project portfolio performance and manage interdependencies and escalations across projects,
• lead and manage a team of Project Managers across various locations,
• set clear project targets, coach and develop team members, and conduct performance reviews,
• coordinate with internal departments such as engineering, procurement, logistics, legal, and construction to ensure seamless project execution,
• ensure all projects meet the highest quality, health & safety, and technical standards,
• track key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead project reviews with internal stakeholders,
• report project status and outcomes to executive leadership,
• represent the company in meetings with clients during the construction phase when required.
