Senior Cloud Operator @ Spyrosoft

Our customer is a leading German producer of customized solutions for the self-supply of solar-powered electricity. This includes photovoltaic, energy storage systems as well as cloud technology systems helping individuals to become energetically independent.

Just so you know, this position involves occasional on-call duty to resolve potential customer-critical incidents.

• at least 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes cluster management and ecosystem tools
• Proven experience with automation and orchestration of infrastructure and application deployments
• Hands-on experience integrating and managing cluster scaling , load balancing , and resource optimization mechanisms
• Solid understanding of observability practices and tooling such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo , or similar
• Experience building and maintaining CI / CD pipelines with integration of automated build, test, and deployment workflows
• Proficiency in customizing and managing Helm charts and embedding them in continuous deployment pipelines
• Experience with GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or similar tools (e.g., Flux)
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux-based environments; ability to perform deep root cause analysis
• Experience designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Experience working in multi-cloud or hybrid environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
