  • Lead, inspire, and manage a sales team to achieve set objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular reviews on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Plan and organise promotional sales campaigns.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.

    A successful Field Sales Manager should have :
