For our client, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Warsaw or Wroclaw. In this key role, you will be leading the creation and implementation of innovative sales strategies that align with the client's business objectives. You will be responsible for planning and implementing initiatives to drive growth, optimising tools such as CRM for efficient sales processes and implementing these strategies with precision. As a leader, you will manage and inspire our sales team, fostering cross-departmental collaboration to achieve common goals. In addition, you will engage with the market and customers, analysing the competitive landscape for strategic insights and building strong relationships to expand our customer base. Your role will also include creating tailored sales proposals and negotiating contracts. Monitoring performance, providing practical information and managing budgets to ensure cost effectiveness are key responsibilities. You will also support brand and marketing activities, liaise with the CEO on strategic initiatives and focus on team development and motivation.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales management.
Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient knowledge of CRM tools and sales optimisation processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyse market trends and draw conclusions.
Fluency in the English language;
