YOUR TASKS

We are seeking a motivated Squad Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, project management, and excellent communication skills. As a Squad Lead, you will be responsible for guiding your squad to success, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards .

Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Guide and motivate technical team, ensuring everyone is aligned with the squad's objectives. Act as a promoter : develop career paths in collaboration with team members, responsible for identification, assessment and alignment of the key competencies required to be successful on the available career paths.
• Communication : Act as the main point of contact between the squad and other stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
• Performance Monitoring : Track the squad's performance, providing feedback and support to help team members improve and succeed.
• Problem-Solving : Address any issues or obstacles that arise, helping the team to find solutions and maintain progress.
• Project Management : Ensure the monitoring of project status, share business constraints, validate transition to operation
