Join us as a Senior IT Consultant and work with modern technologies in an international environment. In this role, you’ll have a real impact on shaping digital solutions for our clients. You’ll work across three key areas : Improving existing systems Building new systems based on proven solutions Designing entirely new systems or products You’ll be at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and propose comprehensive, future-proof solutions. Analyzing business needs and processes, gathering and documenting requirements; Developing automation plans and strategies; Designing and implementing proof-of-concept solutions, followed by full production rollouts; Designing IT solutions based on various technologies including low-code platforms and AI; Creating and modeling solutions, data structures, business processes, algorithms and user interfaces using visual tools. Solid understanding of IT technology; Experience in analyzing business needs and processes, as well as gathering and documenting requirements; Familiarity with process flow frameworks (BPMN, UML); Knowledge of relational databases and SQL; Application development using business process automation or low-code tools; Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); Understanding system integration principles (API etc.); Very good command of English (min. B2) - both spoken and written (working with Polish and international clients); Very good communication skills; Professional approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility to the Client; Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
