We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and drive the EndoMech and Energy product portfolios in Poland and the Czech Republic. The ideal candidate will bridge sales, marketing, operations, and customer support to deliver a compelling product roadmap, competitive positioning, and robust lifecycle management. This role requires strong collaboration across cross‑functional teams, hands‑on execution, and deep market understanding to maximize adoption and revenue in the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of product management experience in medical devices or a closely related field; experience with EndoMech or energy‑related product lines is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable strategy and roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English. Polish and / or Czech language proficiency is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management, budgeting, forecasting, and go‑to‑market processes.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools (Showpad or similar), CRM systems, and basic data analysis tools.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required.
