RTR Specialist with Spanish - remote

Job Responsibilities :

  • Execute closing activities using Smart Close and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review balance sheet accounts, including detailed reconciliations.
  • Oversee accounting for fixed assets, ensuring proper classification and reporting.
  • Process and monitor bank transactions, ensuring reconciliation.
  • Prepare internal and external reports for various stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of process documentation to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Handle intercompany transactions and ensure accurate reconciliation.

Key Requirements :

  • A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Previous experience in Record to Report processes.
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level).
  • Experience in year-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
  • A degree in Accounting , Finance , or relevant courses would be an asset.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
