RTR Specialist with Spanish - remote
Job Responsibilities :
- Execute closing activities using Smart Close and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and review balance sheet accounts, including detailed reconciliations.
- Oversee accounting for fixed assets, ensuring proper classification and reporting.
- Process and monitor bank transactions, ensuring reconciliation.
- Prepare internal and external reports for various stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of process documentation to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Handle intercompany transactions and ensure accurate reconciliation.
Key Requirements :
A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Previous experience in Record to Report processes.Proficient knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.Fluency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level).Experience in year-end closing procedures and financial reporting.A degree in Accounting , Finance , or relevant courses would be an asset.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a team-oriented mindset.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.Our Client has a lot to offer :
