At Siemens Energy, you will experience a dynamic and stimulating work environment. Your daily tasks will include negotiating complex contracts for projects in the Energy market, offering guidance on project execution and technology cooperation, and updating our standard documents to align with recent regulatory or market changes. How You’ll Make an Impact As a Student Worker in the Planning and Delegation Department, you will support the Program Manager in ensuring workforce readiness across key offshore wind projects. Your main responsibilities will include :

  • Supporting technician planning : Maintain structured overviews of technician upskilling progress and availability in close coordination with Mid-term Planning and Site Operations teams
  • Managing data and reporting tools : Regularly update trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI to support visibility and transparency
  • Facilitating stakeholder alignment : Gather and consolidate status updates from internal stakeholders (, site managers, planning teams, training coordinators) to ensure alignment across departments
  • Monitoring project milestones : Assist in tracking key project dates and ensure that technician upskilling timelines are aligned with execution schedules
  • Ensuring data accuracy : Conduct regular follow-ups on missing or outdated data inputs and support continuous data quality improvements
  • Contributing to planning deliverables : Support the preparation of planning materials and reports for internal use by SIT Operations, Mid-term Planning, and senior stakeholders What You Bring
