System Analyst - Workday Financial @ Link Group

We are looking for a System Analyst to support and enhance our Workday Financials platform . This role partners with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and FP&A teams to ensure smooth system operations, deliver enhancements, and align technology with business needs. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

• 3–6 years of experience with Workday Financials
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, fixed assets, procure-to-pay, planning, and integrations .
• Expertise in Workday Security and reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
• Experience with add-on modules (e.g., Strategic Sourcing, PRISM, Contracts, Projects).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
