As a working student you will support the team in their mission to deliver the right training , at the right time , to the right people . You will play a crucial role in supporting our technical training process, catering to the training needs of our managers and process owners. You'll be an integral part of our multinational team, offering you valuable opportunities for learning and growth.

What you will do :

• Collaborate with the team to assess and understand the training requirements of managers and contribute to the implementation of role-based training.
• Create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Monitor progress, identify trends, and address any deviations.
• Work closely with the Information Services and SLMS Shared Services teams to process tickets and ensure compliance with business requirements.
• Assist in investigating and resolving ad hoc training inquiries from the business as they arise.

Support various projects and responsibilities within the technical training team.
