Flex Wind specializes in wind turbine installation, maintenance, and blade repair across Europe, the Americas, and Africa. With a team of over 300 technicians, we’re growing fast and currently looking for experienced Cable Technicians to join our installation projects across Europe.

Your Role

Working on LV and routing HV cables inside the turbine.

Ensure high-quality cable management and correct electrical connections.

Follow QHSE standards and safety procedures.

• Follow work instructions and electrical diagrams.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience working in wind turbine cable installation.

Strong understanding of internal turbine layout and routing best practices.

C-LVL training – required .

GWO and BTT certificates – required.

SEP (up to 1kV or higher)- good to have : )

English at minimum B1 level – you need to understand procedures and communicate with the team.

Accuracy, responsibility, and ability to work well in a team are key.
