AR Specialist with Spanish

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Chasing clients for invoices that need to be paid
  • Making sure the ledger is clear and tidy
  • Controlling the ageing buckets
  • Suggesting process improvements
  • Being a Team Player

Nasze wymagania

  • Knowledge of Spanish (min. B2) and English (min. B2)
  • Knowledge of Portuguese would be an asset
  • 2 Years of relevant OTC experience
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent business experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Excel and Word
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to adjust quickly to new processes and procedures
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve problems
  • Team player who helps create a result focused and motivating team environment
  • Practical knowledge of ERP system
