As Contract Management Specialist you will perform Licensing contract and amendment tasks and activities for merchandise and publishing Licensees, managing the entire contract lifecycle. Review deal points (contract business terms) with Licensing, Finance, and Legal and should have the ability to identify licensee’s contract concerns, determine course of action to resolve including referring the issues to management, Legal, Finance, or Licensing.
