As a Data Analyst at Lundbeck, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global data strategy. You will have the opportunity to develop and enhance data reporting and analytics, create impactful dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making. Your future team

You will join our Data Analytics team in Krakow, part of Service Excellence and Innovation department. Our team is dedicated to leveraging data to drive business success and improve the customer experience. We pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, where we support each other and celebrate our successes together. Our office is a hub of innovation, and we are passionate about using advanced technology to make a real impact.

What you bring to the team

3+ years of experience in BI and data analytics

University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science

Proficiency in Business Intelligence / Process Mining tools (e.g. QPR, SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI, AFO).

Strong data modeling skills, including query creation and maintenance

Experience in SQL

Working knowledge of SAP Business Warehouse (BW / 4HANA) and Eclipse IDE

Experience in creating dashboards and reports based on business requirements

Ability to provide data-driven recommendations and support strategic decision-making

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

A proactive and innovative mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and workflows

Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable way.

A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
