Job description

Miejsce pracy : Warszawa

Your responsibilities

Process and verify invoices according to company policies and procedures
Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
Monitor and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Communicate with internal departments and external suppliers in both English and German
Assist with month-end closing activities related to AP
Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation

Employer requirements

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Previous experience in accounting or finance (internship or full-time role)

Good command of English (minimum B2 level)

Good command of German (minimum B2 level)

Attention to detail and good organizational skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
