You'll be part of a cross-functional product team where backend, frontend, mobile, and design come together to build user-centric features with real impact.
  • As a Senior PHP Developer, you’ll play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling secure, reliable backend systems that power our platform. You’ll work closely with DevOps, QA, Product Managers, and UI / UX Designers to translate complex business requirements into elegant, maintainable code that performs in real-world conditions.
  • You’ll collaborate with other developers, contribute to system architecture, and help drive technical decisions that shape the future of our SaaS product. You’ll report to the Team Lead, and—if you're ready—step into a Tech Lead role yourself, coordinating engineering efforts within your team, consulting with clients, and ensuring that solutions are aligned across stakeholders.

  • Backend Development
  • PHP Expertise – You bring 5+ years of commercial experience working with PHP (7 or higher), and feel confident designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems at scale.
  • Clean, Scalable Code – You write clean, testable, and maintainable code, and are comfortable using tools like Git, PHPUnit, PHPStan, and CSFixer.
  • Database Skills – You’re fluent in relational databases like PostgreSQL, and know how to design performant schemas, write efficient queries, and manage migrations.
  • Software Engineering Principles
  • Architecture & Design – You apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and understand how to structure scalable, modular systems in a product context.
  • API Design – You have experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs, and know how to collaborate with frontend and mobile teams on API contracts.
  • Leadership & Collaboration
  • Team Collaboration – You’ve worked in cross-functional product teams (e.g., with frontend, mobile, UX / UI, QA), and understand how to deliver end-to-end product features.
  • Mentoring & Code Quality – You enjoy supporting other engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and raising the bar for engineering quality.
  • Ownership Mentality – You take initiative, seek solutions—not just tasks—and are comfortable making architectural decisions and trade-offs.
  • English Proficiency – You can read and write technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and communicate effectively with team members across roles and locations.
  • Tech Leadership (optional / for growth) – You either have experience as a Tech Lead or aspire to grow into that role. You’re able to :
  • Coordinate technical efforts within a product team and clients.
  • Ensure effective delivery aligned with product and technical goals.
  • Support estimation, planning, and technical decision-making.
