For our Client, a global leader in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Operations Analyst. The company specializes in content delivery networks (CDN), cloud services, and web application protection, operating a vast global network to support secure and efficient online experiences.

Salary : 30-40 PLN netto+VAT / h; B2B or UZ

Location : 100% remote

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role (e.g. system testing, data validation, support for IT / HR system implementations – HRIS, HCM, ERP).
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – creating test cases, logging issues, documenting results.
  • Ability to work with testing and tracking tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail, Excel).
  • Experience in data validation and / or audit support is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working in English (min. B2+) – daily communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HRIS team during Phase 2 of the HCM Cloud implementation.
  • Participate in end-to-end UAT testing – prepare and execute tests, track issues, and document results.
  • Create and maintain test documentation : test cases, logs, issue trackers, status reports.
  • Perform data validation and assist with audit activities to ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with QA and IT teams to resolve and retest reported issues.
  • Help ensure system quality, reliability, and alignment with business needs.
