your tasks

  • handling more complex customer accounts receivables,
  • direct customer contact chasing payments and overdue debt,
  • managing receivables,
  • reconciling accounts,
  • manage customer accounts including Cash Allocation,
  • perform customer billing and Dunning,
  • deliver efficient, value-added services aligned with customer needs,
  • provide standardized services through a shared services model.
  • what we expect

  • at least 2 years of experience in accounting
  • proficiency in English and one of the following languages : Spanish, Italian, Dutch, German
  • a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
  • experience in financial transaction processing in a shared services environment
  • skills in financial / cost accounting, management accounting, billing, cash collections, invoicing, and more
  • good IT skills, including SAP and MS Office (Excel)
  • ability to process high volumes of repeatable tasks with accuracy, prioritizing effectively to maximize output
  • strong focus on user experience
