• 3+ years of experience in building or integrating AI systems, data pipelines, or retrieval-based architectures.
• Strong Python skills and hands‑on experience with modern AI frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with data preprocessing, transformation, indexing, and query optimization.
• Practical experience with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines — building retrievers, generators, and optimizing retrieval quality.
• Experience with SQL / NoSQL and at least one vector database (Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant, or OpenSearch vector engine).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, independence, and ability to work in agile environments.
