Job descriptionBachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of professional experience in IT or digital leadership roles Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, ideally in regulated industries Hands-on experience with SAP, MES, and automation technologies Strong business partnership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional, cross-border initiatives sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care sharing the costs of professional training & courses remote work opportunities flexible working time fruits coffee / tea parking space for employees meal passes
responsibilities :
- Define and lead the IT roadmap for the Skawina site
- Build strong relationships with senior plant leaders and functional teams
- Manage a portfolio of IT initiatives that improve efficiency and performance
- Provide oversight of local IT services and guide on-site support teams
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, architecture, and regulatory standards
- Represent Skawina in global IT forums and contribute to enterprise initiatives
- Advise on IT investment decisions and track ROI
